In this poster design honoring Ruth Asawa, I used her name in a pointillistic style to evoke the intricate texture and structure of her wire sculptures. By repeating and configuring her name in a patterned layout, I created an underlying structure that mirrors the rhythmic quality of her work. This approach allowed me to celebrate Asawa’s aesthetic through typography, creating a visually textured and layered design that pays homage to her innovative style and artistic legacy.
